It’s nearly three in the afternoon. The sun is shining and most of Sydney has come out to Darling Harbour with the family for a Sunday stroll and ice cream. We’re resting our feet and enjoying a Cooper’s brew at Yots, the cafe on the wharf by the maritime museum. Rog is writing in the journal while I write in the blog (technically HIS blog… I’m just borrowing it for a moment.)
The weather is fabulous. We’ve been to the Sydney Fish Market this morning.
We’ve bought our month long go-anywhere-anytime rail pass and learned the system. We’ve been to Paddy’s Market and Chinatown. Then to Toombalong Park, featuring the police expo this weekend. Then on to Darling Harbour, a lovely park with fountains and walking trails.
A lovely day and a great start to our month in Sydney.
