After moving to Portugal in late 2018, we have learned to make many of our beloved foods ourselves. In some cases, we could not find these items in our local stores. In others, we were creating a more healthy, homemade option. In nearly ALL cases, we started with a few similar recipes from other cooks on the internet, and kept tweaking the recipe to our liking.
Since many of you from the US love BBQ brisket, I also included the pages that I built for the butcher (talho) which includes both portuguese and english, and photos.
